New Home Builder warrantee inspection
Mitigation Inspections - can cover roof or shutter, or both. A roof or shutter only mitigation inspection is $100. A complete wind mitigation inspection is $150. These inspections are required by the insurance companies prior to receiving a discount. Billings will perform the inspection and complete the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (OIR-B1-1802). You will receive a copy at the time of inspection with a copy faxed an insurance agent. Billings will also retain copies of the report for future reference.
Mold Inspection and Sampling - Billings and inspect and collect samples to determine if you have a mold issue in your home. The test starts at $100.
New Home Builder warrantee Inspection - Most new home builders offer a 1 year warrantee from the date of purchase. Billings can perform a 4 point inspection, starting at $150, and prepare a final punch list prior to the expiration of your warrantee.
Four Point Inspection - Some insurance companies require a 4 point inspection for homes 35 years or
older. A complete 4 point inspection is $150.00 and faxed to your agent.
Billings Inspections uses a computer to generate easy-to-read inspection reports including
digital color pictures that are available within 24 hours after the completion
of the inspection.
